Terms & Conditions – AK Graphics

Advance Payment: 50% advance required to start any project. Remaining 50% due at final delivery.

No Refund: Advance amount is non-refundable once the project begins.

Revisions: 2 to 3 free revisions included. Additional changes will be charged separately.

Timeline: Final delivery depends on project complexity and timely client feedback.

Client Responsibility: Client must provide all required content, references, and responses on time.

Final Files: Will be shared only after full payment. Source files provided only if agreed in advance.

Ownership: Final approved designs become the client’s property after full payment. Drafts and unused concepts remain with AK Graphics.

Portfolio Use: AK Graphics reserves the right to showcase final designs in our portfolio or social media.

Print Issues: We are not liable for printing errors if not handled by AK Graphics.

Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels the project midway, the advance will be forfeited.

Confidentiality: All client information and materials will be kept confidential.

Usage Restriction: Clients cannot resell or modify the design without written permission.
