Welcome to AK Graphic Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Confirmation

• All orders will be confirmed only after receiving complete project details.

• Advance payment may be required before starting the work.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are based on the scope of work and complexity of the design.

• Full or partial payment must be completed before final delivery.

• Payments once made are non-refundable.

3. Revisions Policy

• Limited revisions will be provided based on the selected package.

• Additional revisions may be charged separately.

4. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time will be informed at the time of order.

• Delays may occur if required information or feedback is not provided on time.

5. Emergency / Urgent Charges

• If you require delivery within 12 hours, it will be considered an urgent order.

• Additional emergency charges will be applied for such requests.

• Emergency orders will be prioritized only after confirming availability.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate content, images, and instructions.

• AK Graphic Studio is not responsible for errors in final designs due to incorrect information provided by the client.

7. Copyright & Usage

• Final designs will be transferred to the client after full payment.

• AK Graphic Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio and promotional materials.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once started cannot be cancelled.

• No refunds will be issued after work has begun.

9. Communication

• Clear and timely communication is required for smooth project completion.

• Delayed responses may impact delivery timelines.
